If I am unable to price your job over the phone, I will try to come to your house within seven days. I work predominantly in Orange County, New York and Sussex County, New Jersey.
Painting & Color Consulting
I only use Benjamin Moore Paints. Paint Color Consulting is included for free when I am doing the painting.

- Door & Casing (Per Side) – $55.00
- Windows & Trim (Per Each) – $55.00
- Baseboard (44 Ln Ft) – $60.00
Medium Room 12×15
- Wall & Ceiling – $560

Large Room 15×20
- Wall & Ceiling – $650

Faux Painting & Specialty Painting (including Murals, Cabinets and Furniture)
$50.00 to $75.00 per hour
Plus material. However, I need to see your project, analyze, and give you a fair appraisal regardless of time.
20% discount on the painting if done together with the hardwood floor refinishing.
I am also available for color consulting for clients who opt to paint the rooms themselves. In those instances my prices are as follows:
$50.00 to $195.00 fixed fee – flat rate
($50 for one color, $75 for up to three colors, $20 for each additional color.)

Typical Costs for Hardwood Floor Refinishing
- $1.99 – $2.49 per ft² for jobs 1500 ft² or more
- (Depending on the condition of the floor and the type of hardwood)
- $2.29 to $2.69 per ft² for jobs 800 to 1500 ft²
- $2.99 – $3.49 per ft² for jobs 400 to 800 ft²
- $29.99 – $44.99 per step of a staircase
- $0.69 – $0.99 – per LF for quarter round molding installation
Home Cleaning & Detailing
Monthly Deep Cleaning:

- $30 per labor-hour (i.e. $15 for each 30-minute increment, per cleaner)
Staging & Interior Decorating
Home Staging – Prepare to Sell or Rent
- – $100.00 to $140.00 per hour
- – $500.00 fixed fee for 1/2 day staging consultation
- – $190.00 to $440.00 for staging a 2,000 ft² home (occupied home with no furniture rental required)
- – $3,500.00 to $4,700.00 home staging a 2,000 ft² home (unoccupied, furniture rental required)
- – $195.00 to $245.00 fixed fee for a 1-day staging consultation
If it’s just a consultation, my fee is $145 first hour $100 each additional hour. If it’s a vacant or occupied staging, then I charge for my time, plus the accessories I bring in every month (such as live flower arrangements). Not counting the fee for furniture, which is extra.
Interior Decorator Service
- – $100.00 to $125.00 per hour (plus materials)
- I charge an hourly rate. The client is in control of the budget.
Holiday Decorating Service
- – $75.00 to $125.00 per hour (plus the cost of decorations)
- I usually charge 2 hours to decorate a tree and about 3 hours for shopping. Plus the cost of the decorations.
