I use Benjamin Moore Paints. Paint Color Consulting is included for free when I am doing the painting. I am also available for color consulting for clients who opt to paint the rooms themselves. In those instances my prices are as follows:
$50.00 to $195.00 fixed fee – flat rate
($50 for one color, $75 for up to three colors, $20 for each additional color.)

- Wall & Ceiling – $500
- Door & Casing (Per Side) – $55.00
- Baseboard (44 Ln Ft) – $60.00
Medium Room 12×15
- Wall & Ceiling – $560
- Doors & Casing (Per Side) – $55.00
- Windows & Trim (Per Each) – $55.00
- Baseboard (54 LF) – $70.00
Large Room 15×20
- Wall & Ceiling – $650
- Door & Casing (Per Side) – $55.00
- Windows & Trim (Per Each) – $55.00
- Baseboard (70 LF) – $85.00
Faux Painting & Specialty Painting (including Cabinets and Furniture)
$50.00 to $75.00 per hour
Plus material. However, I need to see your project, analyze, and give you a fair appraisal regardless of time.
20% discount on the painting if done together with the hardwood floor refinishing.
